Irish Potato Farls

I remember buying the Irish Potato Farls from Tesco market, London. (I have gone there to get some British made souvenirs such as: chocolates, cookies, and most of all white teas).

It seemed pretty very soft and delicious. As soon as I got back home I opened it and try to eat it for breakfast. Didn't have any clue how to eat it since never had it before.. so i just toasted it. smelled good. But very salty. 너무 짰다. 맛은 있었는데..

I did not eat the rest. and just threw it out.

But now I regret it since I found out how to eat it... argggh.

I was supposed to eat them like the sandwich.... or just like the 반찬.

Healthy Intaker

After the check up of my sugar level (which was unexpectingly-surprisingly high),

which everyone of my family members got shocked (but lower than diabetes)

I try to cut all the carbs and substitute with veggies such as:

bakchoy, broccoli, cabbages, onion, tomato, celery, etc..

and for the protein I try to sub. with:

egg, tofu, peanutbutter, edamame, mushrooms..etc.

I am finding myself more liking the food I intake than before since

I have become more healthy than before,

and most of all I have lost some pounds.

Good job eh?

Yellow Highlighter

The combination of gray and yellow makes one look pleasantly appealing.

Red madness

I have no idea, but I am so into the red shoes.

The triple-straps is the highlight of this season I think.

All about shoes.

I wasn't obessessed about the shoes... but these days the shoe fashion has become the most interesting to me ever. The designs are quite interesting than ever. I think more I know about body decorations, more I find myself into small things make Big difference.

Movie: Beethoven

It's the movie. Beethoven in a movie.. hm..
I was out last year but how come i haven't got
to hear about it?
I would want to see this one.
A film won't tell enough of a glimpse of his life,
but the glimpse will help us sense a bit
for imagination of the musical history.

Cup of Spring

the Spring is blooming... and I am about to think to myself - "I need to clean up my invisible wardrobe. bad things go away. bleh." It certainly has influenced my spring-insider.
Feeling all Shabang~(in korean) in a way wanting to marinate myself with the floral scents. haha...
