Healthy Intaker

After the check up of my sugar level (which was unexpectingly-surprisingly high),
which everyone of my family members got shocked (but lower than diabetes)
I try to cut all the carbs and substitute with veggies such as:
bakchoy, broccoli, cabbages, onion, tomato, celery, etc..
and for the protein I try to sub. with:
egg, tofu, peanutbutter, edamame, mushrooms..etc.
I am finding myself more liking the food I intake than before since
I have become more healthy than before,
and most of all I have lost some pounds.
Good job eh?
